liquid fluxes and Ecoflux liquid fluxes

 

 

Liquid fluxes are flammable product that must be used with vaporator, the combustion gas goes inside the vaporize get the liquid and transport it into the flame; in this way it is possible to create a oxireduction atmosphere by the combustion of the gas. The advantages of this technology are many: easy and cheap to use, absence or very small residuals, resistance to flame and, local availability. The disadvantages are based on the product nature: the liquid flux is flammable, and in case of normal flux is TOSSIC! .Our company was the first to invent and to introduce into the market of the nontoxic liquid ECOFLUX a liquid that behave exactly as a traditional brazing liquid flux.
