brazing fluxes or deoxidants , are chemichals componds that remove the oxidation layer, protect from externa oxidation agents and improve the melting of the brazing alloys. the choice of the flux belongs to different factors: the metal joint, the brazing alloy and thus the temperature,. others factors may guide to the right choice as the availability of the product, or the environmental condition, or some special needs as the dispensing capability or flame resistance.
Our staff will be able to suggest you the best solution for your brazing operation.

liquid fluxes and Ecoflux liquid fluxes
Liquid fluxes are flammable product that must be used with vaporator, the combustion gas goes inside the vaporize get the liquid and transport it into the flame; in this way it is possible to create a oxireduction atmosphere by the combustion of the gas. The advantages of this technology are many: easy and cheap to use, absence or very small residuals, resistance to flame and, local availability. The disadvantages are based on the product nature: the liquid flux is flammable, and in case of normal flux is TOSSIC! .Our company was the first to invent and to introduce into the market of the nontoxic liquid ECOFLUX a liquid that behave exactly as a traditional brazing liquid flux.

Dispensabile fluxes
This products are indicated only if there is a constant need to use a certain quantity of flux or for those applications that that cannot or want not use an excessive quantity of flux. They are also very appreciate on automatic machines where you need to use a certain quantity of flux during the brazing cycle.
